You will need to get control of your pelvic floor muscles if you wish to be able to stop your ejaculate and eventually experience full body, multiple orgasms.
Yes, you can have as many orgasms as you like if you stop ejaculating!
Start with Kegel exercises to control the pubococcygeal (PC) muscles, by pulling up the pelvic floor muscles.
There are 3 parts of the PC muscles you will need some control over to begin:
- the urethra, as if trying to stop the flow of urine,
- the anal sphincter muscles, and
- the perineum, the area between the anus and scrotum.
With practice, each can be accessed separately, although initially powerful contractions will pull everything up together.
An easy way to get to get started is to stop the flow when you are urinating. Although there are subtler controls you will be able to cultivate when you are more practiced, strong muscular contractions will be necessary initially to stop yourself from ejaculating.
Try this every time you urinate. When you start urinating, pull up and stop the flow completely and then relax the muscles and allow it to flow again. Try not to tense your body when you do this. Instead, focus on the specific muscles stopping the flow.
Repeat this as many times as feels comfortable while urinating. If you are feeling any pain, stop the practice, or do less or less strenuous contractions – until you have more strength and control of these muscles.
You will experience stronger erections, better sex and less trips to the bathroom at night!
