WHEN TO EJACULATE
The Multi Orgasmic Man by Mantak Chia (a must for any man’s book collection) explains the Taoist view of ejaculation and quotes recommendations by one of China’s ancient physicians, Sun Ssu-miao:
A man at twenty can ejaculate once every four days.
A man at thirty can ejaculate once every eight days.
A man at forty can ejaculate once every ten days.
A man at fifty can ejaculate once every twenty days.
A man at sixty should no longer ejaculate.
You could time your ejaculation around the full Moon phase. This is when we feel full, but also when we sleep less, a tricky mix when wishing to preserve semen.
The full Moon period is a time to send your energy outward, into the world, so perhaps a good time to ejaculate if you need a schedule.
Others may find they can listen to their bodies’ needs more than working within a time frame, but it would still be helpful to track your needs on a calendar; to see if you can see a pattern.
Using this schedule, you will only be ejaculating once a month. This should be accompanied by techniques to circulate your energy.
